I believe that we all should be daring, be different and proclaim our imaginative vision.
You are a female solopreneur who is darn good at what you do. You feel called to step up, stand out and share yourself and your gifts more freely and fully. The only thing is
The online world just doesn’t know you exist yet.
There are a lot of other women trying to do what you do. You know you are equally as good as, if not even better than, some of them. You are tired of following a cookie-cutter approach to business. But your business hasn’t quite caught on yet. You know you are missing something but you cannot quite put your finger on it. You are running out of ideas on what to do next. You are unable to express what you are feeling inside.
You wish that someone could help show you the way. If you are ready to go from being a best-kept secret to getting noticed online for what you do best, I may be your person.
Rachel and Co
Rachel and Co is a creative studio with a heavy focus on brand development, marketing strategy and implementation. We officially launched in December 2016 upon realization that Rachel really missed sharing her creativity with others and, voila, Rachel and Co., was born. There were a lot of jokes told whenever she turned away coaching clients so that she could work on the more creative tasks that she was supposed to be doling out to assistants.
Our mission is to help highly-creative women spur transformation that creates a business that is on purpose and with passion, all while having fun.
We value awesome design work, great client service and effective communication. The team consists of me and two (contracted) talented people–one with a focus on administrative tasks and the other on WordPress custom site design to complete the branding circle. You will work directly with Rachel throughout the entire branding and design process.
Biz + Branding Coach | Graphic Designer | The Online Biz Boomer Babe
Many positions have led me down this path: Project Manager, Application Developer, Business Analyst, Interior Designer, and College Instructor, to name a few. My entrepreneurial journey started in 1997 as an Interior Designer and art shop owner. In 2009 I was certified as a life coach and then, with continued my education (which included a MBA) and training, transitioned to business coaching.
I begin to gravitate towards branding in 2012 by completing formal courses and working with a branding coach for several months. Over the past several months I have been moving my entrepreneurial path towards design, taking in every bit of business and design education/experience I could along the way. My style is intuitive, practical, wholehearted, down-to-earth and weaves together a diverse range of professional and personal influences.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. Aside from that, I love globetrotting and all things outdoors (tennis, hiking, skiing, beach volleyball and more). And cheesecake.

I have found that knowing my values is great, but living my values is better (and a lot more difficult).
